
The Hilton and Vodafone McLaren Mercedes partnership started at the Belgian Grand Prix in 2005. Hilton's partnership with Formula One supports its international growth strategy to increase the number of hotels in new and existing markets and to position the company firmly among the new generation of young and affluent international travellers. Hilton Hotels renewed their Partnership with the team for a further three years to 2011 at the 2008 Spanish Grand Prix.
